(Q) When and where were you Ordained?
(A) I began serving in full time ministry in
1989 and was ordained in 1993 at the World Conference of the Association of Evangelical Congregations, Christ the King in Columbus, Ohio.
(Q) Do you require Premarital Counseling?
(A) No, but I strongly encourage it. I know that one in two marriages fail. I
do not want you to become a statistic. As a licensed
Clinical Christian counselor, I understand many couples
are uncomfortable in a traditional counseling session. For
this reason I have created monthly Premarital Seminars.
And I offer special consideration and
arrangements for individuals and deployed military
personnel who are unable to attend the seminar. (Click on

(Q) What should we be concerned about when choosing
a minister?
(A) The concerns you should have is
what are their beliefs? Where did they receive their
credentials? And what is their academic background? If your faith is important to you
then be cautious when choosing your minister online.
(Q) Is there a waiting period between the time we
obtain our marriage license and the ceremony?
(A) The State of Ohio no longer has
a waiting period. Once you obtain your marriage license,
you may celebrate your marriage immediately. However, you
must solemnized your vows no longer than 60 days from the
date the license is issued.
(Q) How early should we reserve our date and time?
(A) There are two priority's a couple needs to
check off the list first; The officiant and the location.
Flowers, caterers, music, cakes, etc. can be retained
after. I suggest you book me at least six months to a year
prior to your wedding. Especially
for weddings on Saturdays during the months between May
and September. You are taking a risk that I will not be
available if you wait until the last minute.
